"things go better with coke"

How would someone go about restoring that decal? Its painted on, Here is a pic,

Hi Chris , Nice looking machine. The area's that you are talking  about  Thing's go better with Coke ,there are a few way to go .First if your artistic you can have a go at it
and paint it or if your like me you can hire some one to paint it.
The second is you can have a vinyl decal made for both side,
I've had this done on my 7Up Ideal Slider(see soda machine
at this site under ideal 55)  it look good  and works for me.
or a stencil can be made then you can paint .( I'm doing that
on my Royal crown cooler)
