Coin mech - large door Vendo 81

I just purchased a machine that has a large door mech (Vendo 81) on it and it looks like a lot is missing. I'm going to sell the machine, so I'm okay with that...right now you can turn the handle and then return it manually and it will turn the cam on the bottle stack just fine. What I want to know is if I can purchase the crank handle return spring and have that return the handle by itself without me helping it along...or do I need more than this piece? I have included a picture and any help would be appreciated.

is that all I need to return the handle or does it take more than that?

Does the crank handle return when it is NOT hooked up to the linkage and stack?
If not, it should be all you need - maybe the ratchet spring too (I have one).
