Looks like they used a VMC 144 body for that contraption.  I can attest to the fact that it IS heavy being that I have one sitting in the garage.  I hope they removed the latch from the door or that could be a dangerous thing to have around kids.  Being that they left the compressor in the machine you would be stepping into the liner area of the machine, it would appear that only the Mayor of Munchkinland could comfortably use the phone! And at only 24 inches wide, he may be a bit too wide!  laugh Cool  biggrin

Maybe I will pick up two more VMC 144's and create a vintage Coca Cola Machine confessional booth! tounge Of course, I might end up going to hell for that one! oops

Is that where one would go to confess that you purchased another machine without prior approval?

Now I wonder why the ad is gone

- A sucker person who enjoys unique items  bought it
- He was tired of answering the phone and hearing 'what the ..."
- Busted by the Coca cola police

Tom - Love your idea, but agian,  you have to be short and skinny, which i am neither  to get in the confessional. Maybe a nice tool or parts cabinet, or lay it on it's side and bury it  for a fall out shelter

They left the compressor in it?  Guess he could boast that it is also air-conditioned.

I was guessing about the compressor because the ad indicated that it had the original motor in it from when it was a Coke machine.  Without the compressor or something else heavy on the deck, it would be tippy.
