Compressor looks a little odd and missing coin door,does cool.Worth $1000 ?

Looks Like that is original paint, too bad missing the coin door, compressor looks to have some wiring modifications, nothing serious.. if runs and cools, go with 750 in hand.. coin door can be found... but offer 750.00 and tell him it's going to take some time and $$ to find a nice coin door in same condition as machine, otherwise you'll have to repaint the whole machine..

A local guy offered him $ 900 for it and I told him to go ahead and let the local guy have it. Anyone from here ?
