Pepsi single dot. I'd pay $125.00 for one that is straight and rust free. Usually the lids are messed up. A double dot Pepsi should bring more. If you are planning on selling it later you should stay below the $100.00 mark. I have seen them sit in the antique stores for ages until the right buyer came along.

Coca Cola coolers are far more plentiful and I see them selling for $50.00 to $150.00 daily and I would not waste time and money on any that are rusty or dented up.

I'd buy that one if it were local.

This one is somewhat local to me, but they are firm at their $125 price...if they'd come down to $75 I'd pick it up and turn a bit of a profit to recoop gas & my time costs.

Thanks for the info guys...now, pardon my ignorance...what is the difference between a single and double dot?  Thanks!

Double dot refers to the two dots between the Pepsi and Cola. This is an earlier trademark of Pepsi. Later the logo was changed to just one dot between the Pepsi and Cola. The example you showed is the later single dot version.

Good luck

Also the double dot is more of a "script" logo

I don't know if you are aware of this Pepsi cooler on eBay. I think this is more desirable.  smile

The one on EBay takes up less space too, which is probable why it is more desirable.

It is an Progress A-4.

I am looking for a nice Coca-Cola in this model, mine is a little rusty and doesn't hold ice too well. But I am rebuilding the engine in my truck so buying anything this month or even next month is out of the question.

Here is a picture of a really nice Progress AA1 I sold recently for $185.00.

I almost didn't want to sell it.
