Congrats Bob,, you did very well on your auctions, you should be pretty happy I'd guess...
I was going to get into the bidding, but decided to finish the existing 10 projects ... it was hard to hold back.

Congrats.. hope the new owners love them...

Thanks for the comments.  Yes, I thought they went well - now I am figuring out the shipping, etc. details. Hopefully that goes well.  The U-Pop-It went for $2,750 and the Popperette went for $2876 .  The first went to California and the Popperette went to PA.   The one guy has not contacted me yet.   I did have a couple of members watching that I would have liked to see get them, but the $ went higher than they wanted - which was good for me, but i wish it would have worked out.    As soon as the details have gone through and the $ is in my hand, I have a guy east of me with a load of soda machines, a bowling game, and a few other treasures and I hope I can get some of.   Thanks again.   Bob

Congrats, Bob!  Glad they are going to good homes, and you can use some of your new-found riches to buy more goodies that you will enjoy.  Call it an early Christmas present to yourself!   drinking

I know I have refused to sell things to people based on their comments as to what they were going to do with an item (usually antique/collectible related), so I guess I believe in them going to good homes vs bad homes...

Its always nice to know that something you have cared about, perhaps restored is going to
a person who is going to appreciate it as much as you do.

I guess whwn you move up a gear and get into the business of selling items for a living that might wear off
but for people like me, who sell a bit to buy a bit its nice to know that the thing you once liked
or breathed new life into is "going to a good home."

I'm with Greg....

Add me into that group too. Especially if I had a hand in "resurecting" it.
