Vendo 81A Light Replacement

I believe the light has gone bad in the vending door of my vendo 81a.  If I reach up and behind the top of the door and reset the light, it only stays on for about 3 secs.  Is this just the bulb or other?  Is the replacement bulb readily available in like a big box store and any hints on the removal and install would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I had to put a bulb in mine Sunday.  It was doing the exact same as you described. 

I went to Lowes and found the same one.  I don't have the reciept, but I think it was a F13T5CW. 

As far as removal :
On the right side of the light bar there is a piece of glass that slides up from the bottom and pulls out at the bottom.  Then slide it out and remove the bulb (I kind of rolled the bulb forward and it released.)

All of it took about 2 minutes to do.  Real simple.
