Seeburg C Question
«

I have a chance to buy a nice clean 100% complete and working Seeburg C for $900. From past prices I know this is a steal but everyone is saying that the juke market has slumped. This machine is original and the wood is nice, chrome is good but does need pilasters. I will be buying to clean up and eventually sell. What do you all think. Also it is local so no shipping.

Seems a little high, but it would depend on the shape it's in. I missed one on craigslist in my area for $150 this weekend...

I can't believe you would think that is high. I have bought restorable C's but in rough shape for more than that. Any other comments? If that is high then the prices must have really changed recently

We've been buying C's (and Seeburg G's for about 600-900 lately, a far cry since even lasy year, they were going inthe same condition for 1500-2000.
I'd pull the trigger in a heartbeat. If you weren't a friend, I'd steal the deal =)
and there is a guy on Ebay selling pilasters for the C for #80. Good quality, they look great, and don't have the $250 price tag the other shops want.
Grab it. You'll look at it, and decide you want it for yourself.
