I bought a NOS Glasco mech from BobK - Thanks Bob!
Question is my flapper has (I think) calcified itself to the shaft - unless I'm missing something?
I removed the set screw on top and it is still stuck to the shaft. I cannot see another set screw or anything else holding it in place. Am I missing something? Any tips on getting it off

Funny Pat - but I am not the gender with a flapper!

I have not tried much force at all for fear of cracking or beaking it. Thought I would get opinions here first.

It's just been stuck on there for 50 years... a little heat and a small tap will slide it right off.. there is only set screw..
Good luck!
