Those signs are probably Blagojevich's only claim to fame other than being crooked and getting caught in the act of setting up something crooked.

I personally would like to see him get hammered but I'm pretty sure that he'll walk scott free with the whole case sputtering out because he didn't actually get "caught" in the commision of an actual crime! As lame as that sounds, and as much as I would hate to see that happen.....

To me, talking about it the way he did shows enough intent!!! Makes me wonder how the future leader of our country got to the top of the Illinois (Chicago) political cespool-of-a scene without getting any doo-doo on him..........

The wiretapping was a result of  another investigation into corruption,  the  "selling" of Obama's Senate seat was  stumbled upon.
The Feds thought they had enough cause to launch an investigation,  and it makes me wonder if this was the  most concrete thing they could pin on him.

I know my Uncle Stosh voted for him twice in the last election, and he passed away in 1997

Blagojevich will get out of it and be all set to run for president in 2012.  And if what happened this year is any indication, he will be our next president.
