 I believe mine is complete.
 The one on eBay is missing two parts compared to mine,
 but it looks to be in better shape (paint wise).
 I don't know if mine cools yet either.
 I have a working compressor assembly from a late model V39.
 The Victor uses the exact same compressor, so I could swap out if need be.

 Yeah I got it shipped to me early last year and it is on my back porch. I messed with it a little last summer and found that it does not cool - it will get to 70 degrees in 110 degree heat. It is complete though and the body and chrome are solid and straight.I was surprised at how heavy the 'little' cooler is too!
 I'll try to snap a few updated pics - all I have are photos from the seller.
