VMC 44 / Vendo 44 - Difference in value?

I suppose value is whatever someone is willing to pay 

I appreciate there are some differences in appearance, but is the VMC 44 worth 'less' as a collectible item compared to the Vendo 44?

There's one on ebay, and the seller is a pinball-guy in Germany so might be able to trash out a deal

I wouldn't say there's a big difference in value; however, sales have shown the V-44 is usually a better seller because of styling. People like the chrome coin entry bezel.
