Bryan,
I own two, but neither are for sale (sorry). To get mine, I had to win the changer auctions on eBay. One auction had the stand as well as changer and another had just the changer and mounting plate. I kept the mounting plates and stand, then cleaned, oiled and resold the working changers. I see them come up every now and then with the mounting plate still attached to the back. I fabricated my second stand using a CC cast iron base and a pipe I bought from the local hardware store. Both of them are pictured in the Photo Gallery here.
There was a seller (in Texas I think) on eBay that sold a reproduction mounting plate just about a month or so ago. I thought it was pretty nicely done and true to the originals (except it was highly polished). There is also another guy in Florida that has been selling one for some time, but his do not look like the originals. I can't imagine that it was cost effective for the seller in TX to have just a couple made.

Here is the auction:

I bought a Coca-Cola Lolipop Base... gonna get a taller pipe threaded, cup a piece
of plywood, paint it hammertone silver, bolt to the pipe and done.
You see bases pop up on ebay once in a while.... Good luck!

Brian,
Here you go - I think it really is a nicely done reproduction.
