I have been collecting PR and cavalier keys for a while. Vendo used PR series Chicago lock keys but what did Vendorlator use? If anyone can help me out that would be great. Also does anyone know what codes the other manufactures used. If anything could everyone that has a machine with an origional lock post what their key code is. The reason I ask is I have found some keys. the owner says his dad was a vending machine tech. They are chicago keys but they are not PR series and I want to know if it is worth my time to buy them.
Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,
On my VMC 27 and VMC 27A, they both used a Bellock side cut key. Only my 27A has a number which is '1VD 2'. My VMC DP 110, I don't have a key, but the number is 'KT712'. I had a VMC 77 at one time and I believe it was a KT as well. My Vendo Coin Changers both have Duo keys and their numbers start with 'V' - one is V1128 and the other machine is in storage right now. All my Vendo machines have the PR numbers. Both SelectiVend S-48's that I have owned had no key and no number in the lock.

I also have a Chicago WX key.  I'm not sure if this is for the C64 that I had or if it's for the Westinghouse that is outside my parents! ':p'

Thanks for all of your help. I knew that vendorlator used a certain code but I couldn't remember what it was. This guys keys are all numbers and no letters. I think I will pass on them. I bought the one PR key he had.
