Hi all,

I know a few of you specialise in juke boxes, but does anyone know anything about Wurlitzer electric organs ? I picked one up recently for next to nothing, and I'm wondering what it's worth.. (excellent condition, works fine)

Post a pic. Would like to see what it looks like. My sister in law has one.

It's a Wurlitzer 4430.. I couldn't snap a pic of the plate coz it's up against a wall and would take 2 men to move it out.. (took 4 of us to get it in the house !)

Pics at: http://www.guestwho.com/organ/

The extent of my knowledge: It sat covered in a shed for months, but it works fine.. it's also extremely heavy..

Looks simular to my sister in laws organ.

She cleaned hers with an oil polish by Holloway House.
Made her whole house smell like lemons for days.
Just dont polish the keys with it. It's best to wipe them with a damp cloth.

Check out www.amromusic.com they can tell you what you need to know about your organ.

I love their showroom I try to go atleast 3 times a year for sheet music.
Flute and piano, had to sell the flute but daughter tries to play the piano.
