Popcorn Sez Heater removal

I want to remove this heater from an existing Popcorn Sez machine. It is not obvious how it is attached in the photo. Is there a bolt on the back side? I had a band style heater on the last one I did and it was simple to take off. Looking for some input on this one before I dig in
