So I'm getting ready to remove the paint off my Ideal 55. I was just going to pick up a cheap sandblaster from Harbor Freight considering this would probably be the only time I will use it. Could anyone give me advice on what the proper sand, soda or anything else I should use to do it ?
Thanks Adam

Adam,

Check you local area for a sandblaster.  It's usually relatively inexpensive to have it done . Doing it privately may be just as costly with time and materials. I have mine sandblasted with a 70 grit glass bead.

Slapshot42,
Thanks for your reply. I'll look into that. And thanks for the info on what you use on yours.
