Looking for a Cap Catcher - Cavalier 6 Case Master Bow Chest

Hello - Hoping someone has one lying around that they'd be willing to sell.  I've got a 1946 Cavalier CI-6 Master (bow chest).  
The cap catcher in need is the type that has the bottle opener attached to the cap catcher, not the chest.
The 4 mounting posts on the cooler are approximately 10 1/2" apart vertical, and 2 3/4" horizontal.
Ideally, I'd like to find an all red version, since I'm not planning to repaint the cooler and mine is all red, not the white/red version.
