Ok, Glen. I got the cover off and took some pictures and a video. First off, where exactly do I add oil? Second, is WD40 ok? Finally, are there any other pictures I can take to further identify the problem?
Thanks,
John

With the cover off you can see the coils. Plug it back in and see where the ice is building up.

So I just checked after having it plugged in for a couple of hours. No ice build up on the condenser itself. Small puddle of water directly under the condenser. When I tip the machine, the water will run to drain spout, but doesn't do it when level. I will keep it running and check again in another couple of hours. Any ideas so far?

It's the machine or the floor that is not level. Use the leg levelers or shims to keep the water flowing to the drain.
