Mills flat keys?

Has anyone had any luck picking a flat key mills novelty lock? I'm trying to open a mills lock similar to that of there slot machines. I have tried many different mills slot keys without any luck. I don't really want to drill out the lock unless it's my last resort and I'm at that point. I've heard there may be a master key or is that BS? darn

Unfortunately there is no number on outside of lock.
