Looking for a rejector for Ideal 55 High Boy w/ chrome top.

Will a Glasco rejector work?

Thanks!

Jared...The piece of metal dangling on a 45 degree angle near the top of the rejector area is the bent coin release.  Based on how it looks, I believe the type of rejector you need is both a 5cent/10cent dual rejector, that is tied to the cam below the rejector once its installed.

You might be able to use a 5 cent rejector only, or a 10 cent rejector only in it, but I'm not sure how the dangling release bar will work with only a single rejector, as yours is made for a dual 5cent/10cents rejector (I think it will work if you place the single rejector in the outer most slot, as there are 2 slots).

I believe you are also missing the slide bar on the inside that connects the bent coin return button on the outside of the box to the bent coin release bar (so when you push down on the bent coin release button, it activates the rejector).  I just bought the exact same beat up coin mech off Tito (Brasskey)...I'll get you pics tonight, or Tito can post the URL of where he had the pics stored.

I'm sure Tom can chime in if I'm off base, or misinformed.  It does happen, and frequently !!! LOL

Glasco rejector is a 5 and 10 mech and is the same as the 39 etc. so it will not work .
The Ideal uses 2 rejectors, 5 and/or 10 cent. You don't have a 5 cent cog on that shaft so you will need one 10cent slug rejector.

Concur - the Glasco rejector won't work.
I think he does have the nickel cog - it is just hidden in the shadows. Besides, you can see the ratchet in the back and two lock levers.
I have both rejectors as well.
