Hi everyone,
I want to remove the rack from the new Glasco that I got a few weeks back to blast and paint it, but I'm a little stuck on how to get the flapper out of the way so I can pull the rack out via the bottle loading door.

I have the remnants of the old coin mech unscrewed from the body (4 screws) and also removed the split-pin from the end of the shaft.   I took the small set-screw out of the flapper but the coin mech guts are not budging.  Am I missing something?

Great chatting with you today Bob - I'm all set!

After you confirmed that I had removed everything that should be holding the shaft in place, I got a long handled screwdriver and my hammer and was able to tap the shaft out with just a few whacks!

Now I can get the rack blasted and painted, replace the circulating fan, clean up the outside (the inside of the tub is in really nice shape), install the replacement coin mech and put it into service!

Thanks again!
Jim
