Popcorn Vending Machine on Craigslist

Does anyone know anything about the popcorn vending machines made by the Federal Machine Company?  There is one for sale a couple hours away from me for $395 (is it worth the money?)  on Craigslist:

Not sure exactly but looks like a Popcorn sez warmer style machine..
either way I'm certain it's just a warmer.. made to dispense already popped corn,,, but it may be missing some parts too.. not certain.

Not a Popcorn Sez but it is a warmer.  Looks to be in good shape but I would think the price is a touch high.  I have the same one and paid about half of what that guy is looking to get.  Cleaned up with a few decals they do display nicely and if it is working they are a hit at parties!

I thought the price might be a bit high, but wanted to check.  I already have a nice popcorn maker on a wagon, so I'm not terribly interested in a warmer unless it's a VERY good deal.  Maybe I'll save myself for a Popperette.

Its a warmer and not a Popcorn Sez machine.  Here is what a Popcorn Sez looks like.  I think Curtis did this one.

That's a nice looking warmer.  It's definitely more attractive than the one I saw on Craigslist.
