I would like to get an estimated value of a Jacobs 26 machine.  I've tried to attach a picture, but not certain that it will appear.

It is in original condition, stored inside for over 25 years.  All that I can see it needing is a new wiring harness.  I have Jeff Walters book, but the latest edition is 3 years old, so things have changed.   I've seen them on ebay go for as much as $3500, is this inflated?  Thanks for the help.

jeakle4,

Did you attempt to "attach" the image file...? 'blush'

This was one of the features I wanted desperately to assist people being able to add a photo to their message(s). ':p'

Have you actually checked to make sure they sold for that amount...? I don't think that an unrestored J-26 will sell for more than $3K...
I could be wrong here... but...dontget

My six cents,
