I got a request from a family member down in Charlotte that they want a soda machine for their new fiancee.  Preferably, I'm looking for something along the lines of a Vendo 63, Cavalier USS or CSS or CS 64.  I'll consider whatever you might have though.  I'd like something in working shape, I probably won't be able to do much of a restoration on it.  Price is up in the air, but $200-$300 is about the range I am looking for.

Not a lot of machines out there now, I've been scrubbing craigslist and ebay for a couple weeks now, but haven't found much.  I sure do miss Craiglook.

I'm right outside of DC, and willing to travel some to get it.

Thanks!

Wasn't a Virginia or West Virginia based SMC member selling some machines (thinning the herd as they say) recently? I am too far west to help, but good luck....machines are out there.

If you feel like coming to NJ, I can probably fix you up with something.. I've got a USS-64 with a bad compressor, but I have a new one in the box, just never got around to installing.. I could also get together a V63, cans or bottles, but its missing the sign panel. We are about 3 hrs north of Baltimore..

OK, I'm changing my search from south to north!  I'd like to pick up a USS machine for my buddy up in CT for his birthday (at his war department's request)...anybody have one (bubba??) and/or know of a decent machine they've come across in some searches along the 95 corridor?

Thanks Dan, that's what I'm looking for, but 'Gets cold, however a refridge charge wouldn't hurt.' That line scares me a little bit, worth an email at least.
