Wurlitzer v64 problem

A few months ago, I bought a W64 off of e-bay. When I got it, all looked good. I had to move, and alas, I didn't have time to get it fully up. Now, it turns on, it refigerates, but it won't vend the product. I go to the diagnostics, and I just get a solid error report. Absolutly no way for me to exit out of the problem.
So I can't get the drinks!
And Wurlitzer's manuals are a joke. I was able to get the motors to move the mechanisms to the default resting place, but no more.
It makes me suspect the circuit board. I am either looking for 1) suggestions on what to do/buy (I don't mind repairing myself) or 2) where do I go to get it fixed? Wurlitzer USA is hard to find!
