Are the legs on the westinghouse standard and junior reproduced by anyone ?  I notice some are chrome and some are not.

I saw them in Funtronics' 2001 catalog,  Item no. 3f. I belive they have to be welded on. check 'em out.

I'm not sure if Steve has had these made yet...
As far as the chrome and non-chromed goes,  I think the chromed feet are on the "electric" versions of these coolers whereas the non-chromed (painted) ones are for the "ice" versions.
