Welcome to the site. It will be very difficult to give you any information on that machine without a picture or two of the outside and inside. The model number does not make sense and the serial number is unfortunately no help. Is the machine a square top machine with the bottle door on the side? The only Cavalier machine that has a model number that is even close is this one:
