HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN ONE OF THESE BEFORE? IT'S A SHELL HAT BANK, THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM SAYS IT'S OLD. IT'S IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. DOES IT HAVE ANY VALUE? THANKS RANDY
