Unique coca-cola cooler

So I was looking at some of my Coca-Cola manuals and just noticed this cooler and had not seen one like it before. A quick glance and it appears to be just a plain old Westinghouse from the 1930’s, but then I noticed the cap catcher and the large in-closed handles on the lids. Has any one seen one like this before?
