Hello, I recently purchased my first machine! I am very excited to have gotten it. It is a Dixie Narco DN-CB 240/138-6, 7up machine. Does anyone know what it is worth? (I am not interested in selling, just curious about the value). I am new with pop machines, do you have any suggestions how to maintain it, or any perticular ways to clean it? What year this machine was made? Does  anyone have a manual for this machine? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Alot!

Heres some pictures  Cool

Welcome to the board!!
Hot soap and water for the outside. Simple green for the vending racks. I can't help with the rest but I'm sure someone will chime in.

Hi Creighton,

Thanks for the reply! I scrubbed it down earlier today with simple green (I swear, that stuff gets out everything  biggrin). It got rid of all the grease at the bottom of the machine.

Hey Dillon,
Glad that worked. Bet the grease was 20 years of busted soda cans :-). Neglected to mention Dupont Polishing Compund will do wonders for the exterior paint. Good car wax after that.
Be forwarned 1 machine is generally only the start.

haha, yea. I'm considering buying another machine soon! I think I got lucky with this one, everything works inside (with being atleast 20years old).
