Great deal for a V-39 on ebay

Here is a nice looking 39 on ebay for cheap and it works. The history alone tells you its probably in perfect condition.

this same machine was on ebay a few weeks ago in iowa and sold for 400 bucks  , really cheap... so this guy bought it to flip it .. it does look like an ice original

Might be because  "My opening price is triple what I paid for it" this morning  seems to be a downer with potential bidders .
Or It's a different machine.  I'd jump on it if one came in my area, Good shape,  and low procie.
