Can anybody id this machine?  Also, what would be a fair price....guy wants $150, not sure if it cools yet.

it's a can vendor made by the seimens corporation, the model no. escapes me, but it's mostly plastic coated metal, it was made for small offices & such.  along the same line of design as the coinco 48/t.

I think it's another Siemens machine, same manufactuer of the Breakmate. Made in Germany and mostly used in Europe.
