Vendo 80 e

I have a V80 E coke machine that has a small water fountain on the side.  Does anyone know if this is original to the machine or is it an add on?

Also, does anyone know who refurbishes in the Kansas City area?     '>

To the best of my knowledge, water fountains where added later by the dealer upon the request by the customer.
