I am having problems resizing my pictures to fit on the site.  I need to scale the pictures down, but I can't figure out how ( computer skills Limited).  I have a Compaq Presasrio computer  and my camera is a Canon Power Shot A520     Please send me a pm if you can help....Thanks

I use a program called Advanced JPEG Compressor.  There is a free trial version.

I just e mail the pic to myself and they automatically size down.
It's easy and I'm lazy '<img'>

Yes,   There is a Canon Solution Disk ver. 22.0    Is this the answer to my problem?

I Googled it and on this page it says that there is a program on the disk called PhotoStudio.  I would think that you should be able to change the size of the image in this program.

What ever software you decide to utilize, I would suggest getting your image dimensions under 600 X 600. This in itself will also control the file size to some extent... Don't forget that cropping an image can also aid in getting the image dimensions within reason...

Good point Jim.  
If you use the Attachment function and your picture is over 600 pixels wide, the forum software will reduce it to display at 600 in the forum and your picture may look funky.
