One of my Co-workers owned a clean 70 chevy  1/2 ton fleetside pick up. On new years eve it was hit by a hit and run drunk driver who was caught later. The truck appeared to need some serious work. The owner thought it needed the frame straightened, new control arms, 4 tie rods, new rim and a front fender. He didn't want to deal with the truck so he gave it to me for towing/impound fees which totalled 379.00 Upon getting the truck home all that it needs is new tie rods, rim, alignment and a front fender. I am picking up the parts tomorrow (less than 200.00 bucks) and I plan on driving it to work monday. I will be offering it back to him for what I have in it but I don't think he wants it (hopefully not). I can't wait to see the look on his face when he see's it back on the road. This brings me to 5 classic vehicles and still looking for more. '<img'>

Ive got a smiliar story a budy of mine had a '72 swb stepside. He started watching all the overhaulin shows etc and totally stripped it to its frame. he then lost interest and sold me the truck for $50.00 witha clean title. its still in a thousand pieces but until then it llives in my dads barn.
