Thanks for all the help.  I don't know a thing about old coke machines, I'm into antique tractors, and I discovered this.  I was just going to see if I could get it working, it doesn't look that bad.  Just a little elbow grease and it should be alright.

What make of antique tractors??  My husband has Olivers.

My family owns a Case IH dealership so my dad is really into the Case and IH tractors.  Good times.
