Found it in the next state and restored with a new AC unit. I replaced the ballast with an original one and switch. Missing a few shelves, so if anyone has some?
Guy who sold it received it as payment for Furnace install and sold it to get his money back. I bought it for $3000. I am happy!
It is loaded with cane sugar Faygo and Frostie. Mexican coke also.
I would say it was a good deal.
