Nope its a plastic light, double sided. They were used in pubs and stores etc. The Coke Logo it uses, the red bottle disc with water droplets but without the word "enjoy", is 20 years old, and it has a power test tag that dates it at over 15 years old at least.
Because of their size, they aren't exactly common.
