Ok... I'm starting on my 39 as well....I'm wanting to get everthing plated or powder coated at once.
to get the inside liner/tub out there are these little black metal clips (probably s shaped)holding the black plastic facing on the inside.

They are all along the metal liner how do you remove these without breaking the plastic liner facing? '<img'>

Eric, you don't move the clips, move the black "breaker strip" back until it clears the clip. Breaker strip has springs behind it.

I have posted previously in "estimated values" and have since bought a vendo 39 on ebay.  I put pictures sent to me by the seller in smc gallery.
