Need hinge part for Cavalier 72

I just started working on a Cavalier 72.  During disassembly I found that one of the hinges on the main door had messed up holes in it (see picture).  If you look at the picture, you will see that the white one has enlarged holes.  All I need is this one piece, I don't need the rest of the hinge.  I don't care about paint, everything is going to be blasted and repainted.  Can anyone help me with this?

Never found the hinge part so I had the bad one repaired.  Machine should be done in the next month.
