After depositing many coins that are accepted by the coin mech, the familiar clunk sound that let you know the coke machine is ready to vend doesn't happen, and the vending mechanism doesn't allow a bottle to be pulled.  At one point the machine worked great by vending, giving change and displayed the "Have a Coke" light.  Not sure why or when things went ka-put.

Things stopped working recently:
- the CREM's stopped pulling back when the machine was plugged in (so I removed both).
- The nickel ejector that shoots out coins from the storage tubes doesn't try to eject coins (it's silent)
- the dispensing gates no longer open after coins are deposited
- the "Have a Coke' lights no longer light after the right amount of coins are deposited.

Is there a way to determine if the coin mech is getting power by using a volt meter?  I used to be able to tell when the CREM's snapped back, but I've pulled those out.

Is there a way to determine whether the coin mech is (or isn't) sending a "OK to dispose" signal to the dispensing solenoid?

Is there a way to finding out if the dispensing solenoid is still good buy connecting power directly to the solenoid?

Thanks for your help and advice!  Pictures are attached.  The Coin Mech is a NRI model 08-56-007 Type B2
