How to Remove Liner

This is a Lacrosse 90-9. I've taken out every screw, removed the drain tube, pushed, pulled and still can't get this liner out. 

Attached is a photo of the channel on right side of the machine. There are three brackets on the inside of the machine that go in that channel and that I think are holding me up.

Any help appreciated.

Drain tube? should be removed as it will hold up our progress but you should be able to wiggle it a bit ?

Already removed the drain tube. Forgot it at first but then pulled it off. Still can't get the tub free.
