I know the Company that makes these .I saw a Pepsi Waitress..a Mountain dew waitress..and so on.The have butlers marked the same way.

The 6' statues usually go for $600, more if it's a celeb like Elvis or Marilyn Monroe

Smaller ones, like 2-3' retail around $200

They are resin, one person can move it around, I would guess the weight at 30-40 lbs.

Only drawback is forgetting it's there and getting a start when you turn on the lights

 I found this one on ebay for $482.90 plus shipping.
