remove bottle door glass

is there ant special secrets to removing the bottle door glass without destroying the gaskets?

I'm no expert, but I had the same problem.  Look for the retaining plate on the back edge of the door next to the hinge/spring.  Once you find the 4 screws that hold it on, everything becomes a lot more clear.  The plate slides out, then you can work the gaskets/glass out.
