Sorry, but it's a POP MACHINE!

This summer I know that we had a discussion about glass bottle soda and it was brought up that the Pepsi products can be found in Mexican grocery stores because they are from Mexico.
Today I picked up some Mt. Dew from one of those glass bottle pop dealers.  Everything is in English and it has the usual deposit information for the US ( ME, CT, NY, IA. MI, etc.).  Any ideas where these are from?

Never mind, I solved the mystery.  I looked everywhere but the bottle cap, and it says, "Bottled by Dr. Pepper Bottling Co., West Jefferson, NC."  Hmmmm, kind of a far drive from Chicago.

Try BevNet to get that stuff in chicago.  They are the only way I can get it without a road trip to Cinncianti. BevNet also sells Boylan's and some other great glass.

I got it through RetroSoda http://www.retrosoda.com/ .  I picked it up at the Chicagoland Jukebox Show over the weekend so I didn't have to pay any shipping.  I came across them since I bought my Vendo from one of the owners.

Jungle Jim's in Fairfeild Ohio which is just north of Cinnci. A huge grocery store that is worth a trip in itself.  Tons of glass bottled soda as well as grocreries from  around the world. http://www.junglejims.com

Hmmmm, seems like an interesting place.  Too bad they don't have a product search.
