Does anybody have info on the serial numbers for these machines? Would like to decipher one I have.
Also looking for keys for this machine. Locks are stamped R509, and coin box lock is stamped C 36. Need a rack also.
Thanks

Vendo serial numbers don't decipher well.
You can try here. I didn't sort through it all:

Contact the sponsors of this site for keys.
Can't help on the rack.

Actually, the data tag with the serial number is a Westinghouse. Real nice untouched machine.

the data tag with the serial number is a Westinghouse.
That was installed when the cooler was manufactured by the Westinghouse company. Remember these became Vendos when the rotating coin operated lids were added.

Correct. I was trying to see if anyone had a serial number reference book to determine year of manufacture.
Thanks!

Vendo was the only company that made the mfg date part of the machine's serial number.
Some tubs Westinghouse used had the mmyy date stamped into them, but my junior doesn't.

This Vendo Junior has the tag tacked to the underside of the machine. It's a Westinghouse tag with the serial number.
