Just wrapped up this project. Off to get it charged this week.

        You are showing 2 flappers, your Glasco only uses 1. 
 
        I'm not sure the third part belongs on your machine.

The 3rd part with the whole in it is for an ideal 85 only.

Yup, after looking things over, the square plate doesn't match up to anything on this machine. It and the other flapper got mixed in with the powder coating job. These loose parts were all together and I never saw it assembled. One flapper has the arrow that is normally painted red, and the other doesn't have one.
If anyone has a picture of an original, please post it or send it to me.

Next is to think about the coin mechanism and consider having it re-plated. Are there any recommendations as to who has restored these in the past?

glasco slider were made with the arrow painted red, ideals were not.

either will work on either slider (interchangeable)
