Agreed.  Why not go after ice cream next?  Read a label on a bar of Haagen Daas and see how much fat/carbs/sugar you're eating.  Certainly more than a Coke.

Well the "Peoples Republic of WA" lawmakers strike again. Not sure what rolling your own smoke has to do with a federal highway bill.
