I heard last week that there is a new bottler opening up in Wisconsin and all they are doing is soda pop in returnable bottles (Flavor 8). I'll be passing through that area on Thursday, so I'm going to stop by the plant and check them out. They should start bottling this week or next week, so hopefully I'll be able to bring home some of their stuff happydrinkers. They picked a good location to open, since there was a returnable bottler there that closed up a few years ago and there are two other returnable bottlers nearby, so people in that area are still used to returning their empties.

Speaking about bottled soda.. a company called Orca Beverage Company  (Mukilteo, WA)
bottles a lot of the “Vintage Sodas” using pure cain sugar.. they just started bottling
(drum roll)..... NICHOL KOLA! How weird/cool is that? Of all brands...

Hope they are the folks that set up at Chicago?... Anyone ever buy, use/know if these size
bottle fit in a 56 or 81? Only wish the bottles were ACL and not paper.. Oh well...
Sorry to steal post.. back to you...

i hope they are searching for hte formulas and not  seeling the same soda in a different labeled bottle.

Michigan has had a bottle return law for 30 some years, so I have no qualms buying bottled pop, if the price is good.

The people that set up at Chicago were Retro Soda. They closed up about a year ago.
